Author Bio...
Carol Denbow
Hidden behind the "hard-core" business woman and devoted mom was an author with a book inside. In 2002, Carol Denbow finally sat down and wrote the introduction to her first book. Two years later, "Are You Ready to Be Your Own Boss?" was in print fulfilling the need for new business owners to achieve success.
Again, the writing began. In 2007, after nearly three years of research, "Stress Relief for the Working Stiff" was headed off to the publisher (to be released in 08).
Wasting no time at all, the third adventure began, and in 2008 we can expect to see the results of Carol's next writing project, "A Book Inside, Writting, publishing, and selling your story."
A tad bit of obsession keeps this author writing, and it's a good thing, because the literary market needs this type of expertise.
Carol resides with her husband Craig on a small farm along the southern Oregon coastline.

All of us have the dream and latent desire to have our own business someday. Will your dream be just another fantasy or will it become a reality? Carol Denbow provides you a touchstone for your dream in "Are You Ready to Be Your Own Boss?" She tells you everything that you need to know before making the crucial decision on whether to start your own business.
Carol is a very talented writer and a successful business owner herself. She can explain complicated business issues in plain and simple English. Here are some examples of her fine writing:
"The myth is, there will be lots of customers knocking down the door to get in.
The truth is, customers never forget who they like and trust, and they'll be faithful to that."
"...Be honest with your customers right from the start. That will be the only way to keep them for the long haul. Dishonest business very rarely succeed for any long period of time..."
Some people said to start your own business is like flying a airplane, you need to go through the difficult take-off period and gain a certain altitude before you before you can cruise and enjoy the flight. "Are You Ready to Be Your Own Boss?" covers critical factors that you need to know or should know before starting your business, including your odds of making it, choosing your business, what it will take, what to do when disaster strikes, how long will it take and being the boss, etc.
"Are You Ready to Be Your Own Boss?" has 144 pages. It is a non-fiction but it is extremely well written and packed with useful information. I found it very hard to put down once I started reading (That rarely happens to me when I read a non-fiction). It is a touchstone for your dream of becoming a business owner. It is a must-have if you intend to start your own business!
